Crissy received a BA in Theatre Arts from Cal State Long Beach. She has been a dancer, singer, and actress throughout southern California appearing in theme park entertainment and musicals. Her performance credits include the Disneyland Resort, Spamalot, Legally Blonde, and Threepenny Opera. Currently, Crissy is a Pilates instructor certified through Body Arts and Sciences International (BASI) Pilates in their Comprehensive Program with Dance Specialization. Since receiving her certification, she has completed programs in Pilates for Scoliosis, Injuries & Pathologies, and the Art of Cueing. She is currently a student of Sheri Long and a BASI Legacy Certificate Candidate having completed BASI’s Mentor and Master 1 Program. Crissy is also certified in Progressing Ballet Technique and Acrobatic Arts.

When not in the studio, Crissy is a freelance Production Stage Manager working on entertainment throughout the globe. Her credits include work for Walt Disney Studios, Marvel, Lucasfilm, Pixar, Redken, doTERRA, Arbonne, Mitsubishi, the Hollywood Reporter and many more.
