Acro
A dance and acrobatics class built on the internationally recognized Acrobatic Arts curriculum. Acro focuses on strength, flexibility, balance, and control while safely teaching skills such as rolls, bridges, handstands, and progressions through a structured, age-appropriate approach.

Level 1: Acro + Ballet or Jazz

Ballet
A foundational dance class that focuses on posture, balance, strength, flexibility, and graceful movement. Ballet helps dancers develop proper technique, discipline, and confidence while providing a strong foundation for all styles of dance.

Contemporary
A dynamic style that combines elements of ballet, jazz, and modern dance. Contemporary classes emphasize creativity, versatility, strength, and emotional expression through movement.

First Steps
This class focuses on introducing your little one to basic dance technique, terminology, and choreography with the comfort and joy of having you join in the experience initially. Designed to help develop motor skills, rhythm, and listening skills, First Steps encourages young dancers to fall in love with the art of dance through movement, music, and play.

Gyrokinesis
A movement class that improves flexibility, mobility, and posture through flowing sequences and breath work. Gyrokinesis supports dancers by enhancing body awareness, core strength, and injury prevention.
Can be used to fulfill a wellness class requirement.

Hip Hop
A high-energy class inspired by street-style dance and age-appropriate music. Hip Hop focuses on rhythm, coordination, confidence, and self-expression in a fun, supportive environment.

Jazz
An energetic and expressive dance style that blends technique with fun, dynamic movement. Jazz classes focus on flexibility, strength, turns, jumps, and performance skills set to upbeat music.

Kidance
A tap and ballet combination class that introduces young dancers to rhythm, coordination, and basic dance technique in a fun, supportive environment.

Line Dancing
A fun, social dance class focused on learning choreographed steps performed in lines or groups. Great for coordination, musicality, and confidence.

Leaps & Turns
A technique-focused class that builds strength, flexibility, balance, and precision through turning and jumping skills. Dancers work on age- and level-appropriate pirouettes, chaînès, fouettés, leaps, and jumps.
Prerequisite: Levels 1B and higher
Corequisite: 1 Jazz and 1 Ballet class

Lyrical
A style that blends ballet and jazz technique with expressive movement and storytelling, often inspired by song lyrics.
Prerequisite: Ballet & Jazz for at least 1 year prior
Corequisites: Ballet + Jazz

Pilates
A mat-based conditioning class designed to improve core strength, flexibility, alignment, and overall body awareness, supporting dancers’ technique and injury prevention. Can be used to fulfill a Wellness class requirement.

Pre-Pointe
A preparatory class designed to build the strength, alignment, and technique necessary for safe pointe work.
Invite only
Corequisite: 2 Ballet technique classes, 1 Wellness class

Pointe
An advanced ballet class focusing on technique and strength required for dancing en pointe. Placement is based on teacher evaluation.

Pre-requisite: Pre-pointe
Co-requisite: 2 Ballet technique classes, 1 Wellness class

Progressing Ballet Technique (PBT)
A conditioning and strengthening program designed specifically for dancers. PBT uses exercise balls and other equipment to improve core strength, alignment, stability, and muscle memory, helping dancers safely build the technique needed for ballet and other dance styles. Can be used to fulfill a Wellness class requirement.

A rhythmic dance style that teaches musicality, coordination, timing, and sound through footwork and percussive movement.
